Export fails because of previously used plugin (XRAY).

When using project configurator to do a project export, I get following message.

Export complete project results

Some errors occurred:

  • Found custom field with values for issues in exported project(s), with id: 10400, name: Test Type and type: com.xpandit.plugins.xray:test-type-custom-field. This field does not exist. Check if its type is defined in a plugin that has been disabled.

  • Found custom field with values for issues in exported project(s), with id: 10401, name: Cucumber Test Type and type: com.xpandit.plugins.xray:automated-test-type-custom-field. This field does not exist. Check if its type is defined in a plugin that has been disabled.

  • Found custom field with values for issues in exported project(s), with id: 10406, name: Steps Count and type: com.xpandit.plugins.xray:manual-test-steps-count-count-custom-field. This field does not exist. Check if its type is defined in a plugin that has been disabled.

  • Found custom field with values for issues in exported project(s), with id: 10410, name: TestRunStatus and type: com.xpandit.plugins.xray:test-run-status-custom-field. This field does not exist. Check if its type is defined in a plugin that has been disabled.

  • Found custom field with values for issues in exported project(s), with id: 10412, name: Test Count and type: com.xpandit.plugins.xray:issue-link-count-custom-field. This field does not exist. Check if its type is defined in a plugin that has been disabled.

In the past the plugin XRAY was used, but not anymore.
How to solve this problem and get the project exported?

Hi @Harold de Bell ,

 

Even the plugin is uninstall, the data may remain. One easy way is to just delete all those custom fields and then export the project.

Hello Ben, where can I find these custom fields? They are not (anymore) in the overview (Issues - Custom Fields). Can it be done by removing these fields from the database and, if so, can you tell me how to do this safely?
