Error attaching file - Missing Token

Hello,

I receive the following error when attaching documents:

"Jira could not attach the file as there was a missing token. Please try attaching the file again."

• I have tried all browsers
• I've logged out/back in
• I've read and tried to follow all previous posts re: this subject
• I've tried drop and browse to get to the file
• Other people can attach
• File size is small
• I have added Jira as a site that can always use cookies

Any suggestions for my local helpdesk? I am meeting with them Thursday.  Thanks in Advance!
