Dear All,
My other colleagues is not receiving email notification when I tagged them in the JIRA comment of the ticket, However, I tried to tagged my account, then I received it. I have checked the email notification scheme, and I didn't find any issue there. Could you please share me your advices?

If your colleague is not receiving any emails from Atlassian, then you should open a support ticket with Atlassian.

Hello, Good day. Whether other user is receiving other email notification and only not receiving email when @ mentioned ?
1. Go to Settings >> System >> Global permission. Make sure user has "Browse users & groups" permission
2. Go to project settings >> Notifications >> Issue email audit and check if the user has been added to suppression list.
