Hi Team,
A user in our client is facing the below issue to transition the user story.. could you please help in solving this?
Even after the permission is provided to developer role the user belongs to.
Regards,
Anuradha
Hello @Anuradha Yadav ,
Also check if there are any properties configured on status and transition.
You can also refer this document, it is clearly explained here https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/jira-server-issue-not-showing-expected-transitions-695111232.html

Madhumitha
Hi Madhumitha,

Hello @Anuradha Yadav ,
Check the workflow, there might be a Condition in the transition which prevents the user from transitioning the issue.

Hi Adam,
We do not see any condition in the transitions. Please see below Snip. Also Jira Admin (myself) able to change the status but the Developer team is not able to do it.

Hello @Anuradha Yadav ,
Thanks for the screenshot.
Could you please use the permission helper for that specific user and permission and share the results? It should look like this:
Permission Helper can be found in Administration -> System -> Permission Helper.
Also could you share what property do you have set for that transition / status?
Thanks,
Adam
