Does anybody created Jira – QC bridge with ALM Synchronizer SDK

Hi, I understand that, HP enables to develop third party adapters for defect synchronization using the HP ALM Synchronizer Adapter Software Development Kit. Does anybody used this SDK to develop QC – Jira bridge.
