×In Jira Server, I can locate the third-party app called "Miscellaneous Tracking for Jira." For Jira Cloud, is there a default app or any third-party alternatives available? Team, could you please provide recommendations on this matter?
Welcome to the community @Amal P !
When you say "meeting and grooming", what exactly do you mean? Time spent on a meeting and time spent on the backlog grooming.

Well, the only way here to track time is with the "Time logged" field. In Jira, there isn't a native feature that exists.
Alternatively, you can try the app called Planner by Tempo – Resource Planning & Capacity Planning.
This app has more time tracking features that may suit your needs.
For backlog grooming - I assume we are talking about Scrum framework here, you can create an Epic for each sprint named for example "Backlog Grooming" where you can log time (you can do this with default Jira).
For the meetings - you can create separate epics for example and log time for each epic. You may want to check out this page for the meetings: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Software-questions/What-is-a-good-way-to-track-meeting-hours/qaq-p/674509
