Hi,

We manage the work through the Kanban Board but all the subtask are assigned to the parent ticket and the parent ticket is assigned to the EPICs. Due to this we are seeing all the sub-task under issues without Epic in Kanban Board. How can I configure the Kanban Board in such a way that all Stories, Task and Subtask can be displayed under the EPIC in Kanban.

Hi @Samir Vaja Welcome to the Atlassian Community

Stories and Tasks reside on the same level. Sub-tasks are the tasks that reside under Stories.

So there's a level difference between task and sub-task, which you can see in the below picture

The Kanban board you see here, has swim lanes for epics selected from the board-general configuration menu. Only issues that are not linked to an epic, are gathered under the automatically generated "Issues without epics" swim lane.

Hope this helps,

Dick
