Delete Install Files

I am new to Jira administration, so please forgive this question. Our server is running low on space and I found the files listed below. I believe these are install files and I'm wondering if they can be deleted safely.

atlassian-confluence-6.3.1-x64.exe

atlassian-jira-software-7.4.1-x64.exe

atlassian-servicedesk-3.6.1-x64.exe

atlassian-confluence-5.9.5-x64.exe

atlassian-jira-software-7.1.1-jira-7.1.1-x64.exe

atlassian-jira-software-7.1.7-jira-7.1.7-x64.exe

atlassian-servicedesk-3.1.7-jira-7.1.7-x64.exe

@Jason Saunders , you can delete those including whatever versions you happen to be running. They can be downloaded from Atlassian again any time. I never keep 'em around. You can find all the Jira versions here and the Confluence versions here
