Could you please help me to create a default list with checkboxes under the body of a ticket?
I tried to do it in the settings, but it was not successful. (pic 694)

Additionally, I used the Smart Checklist, but it only displayed a regular list without any checkboxes (I can only drag&drop, but I need a list with checkboxes) (pic 695)694.png695.png

Hi, @Yulia Sergeeva and welcome to the community.

As I understand from the screenshots you are sharing - you are using the Markdown editor to add checklist items to your checklist. Kindly, use this formatting guide to make sure your items have checkboxes.

In short, you can add a "-" symbol followed by a space to make the checkbox.

This type of formatting will lead to the following:

Alternatively, you can use the "Add checklist item or header" field to add checklist items with checkboxes.

Hope this was helpful,

Oleksandr
