Could you please help me to create a default list with checkboxes under the body of a ticket?
I tried to do it in the settings, but it was not successful. (pic 694)
Additionally, I used the Smart Checklist, but it only displayed a regular list without any checkboxes (I can only drag&drop, but I need a list with checkboxes) (pic 695)

Oleksandr
