×Hello, i'm importing epics in bulk through a csv file. Everything is getting populated on the newly created epics except the dates. i tried multiple ways and date formats, but it's always taking month as January (01). Please see the screenshots and guide what mistake I'm making,

Can you please try format 'dd/mmm/yy h:mm AM/PM' under the custom option of Format cell.

i couldn't find 'dd/mmm/yy h:mm AM/PM' format in excel under 'Custom' tab of format cell.
I tried another this one: dd/mm/yy h:mm, but jira is giving an error while validating the file.

To rule out if some automation is overriding the values, can you test by importing the issue and not provide or map "Target Start" and "Target End".

You need to choose the correct date format that matches exactly what you have in your CSV when importing. use plain text editor to edit the csv. The steps are described in https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/dates-are-not-properly-imported-from-csv-file-245825977.html
