Date of First Response

Hi,

I am trying to add a Date of First Response field on a new screen. It is in the field configuration, the field is set to global context, it is added to the field, however, when I create an issue, it doesn't show up, or not after I add a comment either.

Am I missing something?

Hi Nicky,

did you AS REPORTER add the comment? If yes then it will not work.

=> The subline of the "Date of First Response" field shows:

"The date of the first comment on an issue by anyone who is not the issue's reporter"

I have the same issue.  Many comments were added not by the reporter.  Still the field just does not show up.
