Dashboard Gadget Date format not working. How do I fix?

I am using the 'Time Since Chart' gadget on my dashboard but when i click on the data from the bar graph, the gadget does not auto filter the date properly. How do I fix this? image.png

I believe this is a kind of known issue, kindly refer the Link and confirm - [JRASERVER-26766] Time Since Chart gadget issue navigator links are broken for date (day only fields) - Create and track feature requests for Atlassian products.
