Creating a project on Jira On Demand creates it but returns an error

So I am trying to create a project and go through the naming a project and picking a type. IT then immediately tells me "This project is not available" but lists it under all projects. Cannot navigate to the newly created project. 

Anyone else facing this? Any ETA on this one?

Sounds like your default permission scheme does not automatically grant you access.

As an admin, you can always see "all projects" in the admin section, but that does not necessarily mean you have any rights to see a project as a user.
