Create button is no longer available, Create button description is shown merged in Search button

Search and Create are showing as Merged, and Create button is not available for me.

I am not able to create any Issues/stories/spikes in Jira because of that.

I am seeing this issue for the last few weeks.

What should I do to get the Create button?

This can happen in some browsers when you have added a lot of apps that go into the main menu bar and your screen is not wide enough. 

Create and search can be navigated to in other ways, but there is one trick that may help - try making the zoom lower (ctrl - in a lot of browsers), this can separate the word and quick-search enough for you to click on the beginning or end of one of them
