Connecting Slack to JIRA

I have installed the Slack app to my JIRA and now I need to connect it to Slack but I do not know how to find the "Slack Credentials" required for the integration. 

Where do I find this particular JSON I need to copy and paste in there?

you want to integrate Jira in Slack.? (meaning u want to get all your Jira updates in slack)
