I have added the Confluence Page Gadget to my JIRA instance (JIRA 4.1.2, Confluence 3.2.1).

I have set up OAuth and a Trusted Application between JIRA and Confluence. When I attempt to search for information in the Confluence Page Gadget, it search's the Atlassian Confluence site (http://confluence.atlassian.com/) instead of searching my Confluence site. How to I fix the configiruation so that it will search my Confluence site?

Did you mean that when you search for a page to display in the gadget, it searches through the site http://confluence.atlassian.com/ instead of your site? If that is the case, you might want to make sure that the gadget you add to JIRA is actually from your site, not http://confluence.atlassian.com/. Hint: check the gadget URL.
