Created a transition screen that would ask people to log time spent on a ticket before submitting the tickets for review. I have added 2 fields 'time tracking' and 'log work' and I have mapped the screen in workflow.
My concerns are :
1. The 'time tracking' field only shows 'Original Estimate'. How do I show the total effort that is already logged in the ticket like it shows when viewing a ticket ?
2. By default 'Log work' is collapsed. How to keep it expanded by default when the popup opens? This makes no sense !
3. The 'log work' also seems to work very differently and allows the user to specify 'time spent' and 'time remaining'. All I want is to show them the amount of time that has already been logged with option to specify 'time spent' that may have been missed and 'time remaining'

There are some limitations regarding using native time tracking feature so that's why most customers switch to using apps such as Tempo Timesheets.

I am even considering maybe adding a line on the popup screen with some text instructions but that also doesn't seem to be straight forward.
If you have any other suggestions please share.
