Com puc assignar una incidència?

Bon dia, quan vaig a crear una incidència només la puc assignar automàtic o a mi mateixa, si poso automàtic no arriba a ningú i la incidència està oberta però no la pot resoldre ningú. Què puc fer?

Benvinguts a la comunitat Atlassian.

Quin tipus de projecte fas servir? Trobeu aquesta informació a la columna Tipus de la pàgina Mostra tots els projectes al menú Projectes.

Per assignar un problema cal tres coses:

1. Heu de tenir el permís "Assigna problema" al projecte.

2. Cal especificar altres usuaris al permís "Usuaris assignables" del projecte.

3. La capacitat d'assignar problemes no s'ha de bloquejar per altres mètodes menys habituals, com ara la personalització del flux de treball.

Podeu parlar amb l'administrador del projecte per saber si es compleixen les condicions anteriors.

Feu-nos saber si teniu preguntes addicionals.

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

What type of project are you using? Find that information in the Type column on the View All Projects page under the Projects menu.

To assign issue requires three things:

1. You must have the "Assign issue" permission in the project.

2. Other users must be specified in the "Assignable users" permission in the project.

3. The ability to assign issues must not be blocked by other less common methods such as workflow customization.

You can speak to the Project Administrator for the project to find out if the above conditions are met.

How do I assign an incident?

Good morning, when I go to create an incident I can only assign it automatically or to myself, if I set automatic it does not reach anyone and the incident is open but no one can solve it. what can i do
