Dear Jira Support Team,
I am currently using Jira on the free plan, but I mistakenly changed my plan to a billing plan. I realized the error and promptly switched back to the free plan. However, I wanted to confirm that no charges will be applied to my account for this accidental upgrade.
Could you please verify this and confirm that I will not be billed? My Jira site URL is https://ganakalabs.atlassian.net/jira/.

Nothing will be charged if you are on the Free plan on the next bill date. Also, if you haven't given them a credit card, nothing will be charged either.

You can centrally manage and view a summary of all your product and app subscriptions in the Billing preview.

It’s good that you reverted quickly. Jira’s billing usually adjusts immediately, but checking with Solo dev marketing support is the best way to ensure no charges were applied.
