I am one of the employee in H&M brand. My working scope needs me to access the JIRA to manage the campaign push in AEM. However, I have applied 2-3 times in Self-Service for accessing JIRA, and still failed to access.
Could you help me?

Welcome to the Atlassian community.
If you are trying to access an existing Jira instance, we cannot grant you access.
As a user community we are users of our own Jira instances. We don't have access to H&M's system. You will need to contact the administrators of that instance
If you are not sure who to contact, here are some suggestions:
