Hi,

We are evaluating our Jira hosting. Could we use Greenpepper if we used Jira Studio?

Could we use inhouse developed plugins if we used Jira Studio?

Thanks,

Alan

To expand a bit, the current list of plugins available for JIRA Studio:

https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRASTUDIO/JIRA+Studio+Plugin+Policy

However, if plugins are critical to your application, there is always the "hosted-JIRA" option in which you can install any plugins (excluding those that have dependencies). It is very similar to a locally installed version of JIRA, where Studio is a full suite of applications.

(Hosted JIRA shares the same order page as JIRA - it is just that pricing and features are different).

Hopefully this helped clarify your hosted options.

Alan, you can only use plugins that are bundled in JIRA Studio. See this thread discussing similar topic https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/8/what-plugins-are-available-in-jira-studio

Thanks, I hadn't noticed the hosted-Jira option.
