I need to use Was Not In to get the filter to work to ignore duplicates. Resolution != Duplicates does not work. It would be extremely helpful to have it available in Basic filter mode unless you can share another method in Basic Filter mode that will easily do what I'm looking for.

Are you setting the Resolution field to Duplicates when the issue is marked Done/Closed?
Hi John. Thanks for following up. Yes, we set it to Duplicates when we need to merge a duplicate ticket and when the info on the ticket is the same as another active issue.
