According to atlassian documentation https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/bundled-tomcat-and-java-versions-1360072938.html each Jira version comes bundled with a specific version of Apache Tomcat. Can the Tomcat version for Jira version 9.12.15 for example be upgraded to the highest version available like 9.0.98 without any compatibility issues?
