When I press the upgrade button I get an error that says "Something went wrong on our end If this keeps happening, share this information with your admin, who should contact support. ERROR: 1BSFWC9"
I wanted to upgrade ironically so that I could file a support ticket.
Anyone see this before and have a suggestion?

I see you marked this as solved, and you seem to indicate this is fixed. However when I'm looking at your account, I still only see a single Cloud site on free plans only.
Is this resolved for you? If not, could you please let me know the URL of the Atlassian Cloud site here? I can create a support ticket on your behalf if need be.
