Hi!

I can't integrate JIRA with Trello.

According to https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/deprecation-notice-user-privacy-api-migration-guide/ we can only use Account ID.

But there is no Account ID in JIRA on premise.

Where can I find it?

Hello @G-Suite Administrator

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Just as mentioned in the documentation, the deprecation notice is related only to Jira Cloud application, so Jira Server still uses usernames in REST API.

That being said, I would like to better understand how you are trying to integrate your Jira Server with Trello. Are you trying to create your own integration plugin through REST API?

I believe the easier way to integrate your Jira Server and Trello would be by using the official app provided by Atlassian:

Trello Connector for Jira Server

Now, if you are looking to develop your own integration plugin, I believe the correct place to ask for help is in the Atlassian Developer Community:

The mentioned portal was specifically created for development questions, where you will find articles and suggestions from other third-party partners and Atlassian developers. Feel free to open a new topic about your question there! :)
