Can I write a JQL query that uses the output of a different JQL filter?

I have a couple of rather large JQL queries that use a common set of selection criteria at the top. I'd love to apply a little DRY best practice here and create one filter for that criteria in one place and then reuse it everywhere. It would be easier to maintain and more reliably accurate if I could just rely on that set of issues as always being a good starting point, and then start my specific custom filters by referencing that set with the name of that filter.
