Can I use Easy Clone in Automation?

I have a templated Epic with Tasks & Subtasks underneath it. I want to create an automation so that when I create a project then it will copy the Epic/Task/Subtasks into the new project. I like Easy Clone App because it copies all tasks/subtasks underneath the epic. It seems like I have to create multiple rules to get this to work without Easy Clone (which I haven't figured out yet).
