I would like to have a roadmap view (timeline) that also includes Initiatives and Epics. Right nowm it looks like it only shows Epics. Any idea how Initiatives can be on the roadmap?

Hello @Melli Turksoy

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Are you using Jira Cloud or Jira Server/Data Center?

You are using Jira Cloud if your URL is similar to this:

https://<something>.atlassian.net

To show Initiatives in a roadmap generally requires portfolio/project management functionality. In Jira Cloud if you have the Premium subscription this is built in with the Advanced Roadmaps functionality. If you see a menu option named "Plans" in your Jira menu bar, then you have this functionality.

For the Jira Cloud Standard subscription you would need to upgrade to Premium or use a third party app that offers similar functionality.

For Jira Server/Data Center the availability of the functionality depends on the version of the app that you are using, and could also be added by a third party app.
