I created a board to track my sprint where I want to see burned stories when they are not fully done.
I put several statuses into the most right column:
My active sprint board looks like this (I have many stories in Done column):
But my burndown chart doesn't burn anything:
How I can make it burning my stories?
I found a reason for this behaviour: my completed stories where completed outside of the sprint. It was clear from the sprint report.
Hi @Ievgenii Kompaniiets , the status mappings look rather untraditional in that you have In progress category statuses in the Done (right most) column. That said, have you verified that all of your issues in the done column have proper time logging. Also, make sure your truely Done (green) issues have the Resolution set.

I'm using Story Points estimation. What do u mean by proper time logging? U can see from the screenshot that I have two stories with 3 and 5 story points in my Done column. I want to see 8 story points burned down on my report.

We have a following schema: Done means story is deployed to production and verified on production.
Most often we deploy to production on the last day of the sprint or even in the beginning of the next sprint.
Burn down report is just unusable to me if I use Done status only.
But I would like to see the progress when story is verified on test environment (it is still not done).
If this is unusual, could u please provide me a tip how to reorganise this to use reporting?
Documentation is telling that report consider last column as criteria of Done. It looks great to me, but in fact doesn't work.

I was assuming you were using time based logging.
What are the statuses of MB-96 and 97?
TBH, I have never used an in progress status in the right most so unsure of the behavior that will result. It is reasonable to assume it should burn down but I’m just not sure. Now if 96 and/or 97 are in a Done category that nullifies any theories around an in progress status being the smoking gun.
