Bonfire window does not show in modal popups (in Firefox)

I'm running firefox 5 and in the application I'm working on a few modal popups are used to entry data. In those popups the bonfire icon appears, but clicking on it does not show the bonfire interface.

Is this a bug? If it is, I can't log in to the knowldge base to file a ticket, even though I can log into my.atlassian.com. Something seems to be brken...
