As the tittle says, some boards dissapear from the board tab but they are in the list tab. So I guess there is a problem, and some boards doesn't update the information status.
We're working in the list tab and when we change the status of a board, that change it isn't reflected on the other tab, so the summary of all our work is not correct.
That's why I request assistance for this problem, We need precise information of our work.
Welcome to the community.
Can you share some screen shots.
Are you in a team or company managed project?
Are there any filters active on your board in the board tab or on the list tab? Are they both equal or different.
Hi! Thank you for the welcome.
As you can see in the images, we've got 292 items with status "Retirado" but in the summary there are just 18 items.
As for the filters, there isn't any filter active, I just activated one for the example that I give you in the image of the list tab.
Yes, we work in a team but I'm the only person who create and assign boards.

As JWM boards are different from JSW agile boards, you have less configuration options. I'm afraid you cannot modify these settings.
As mention in the documentation:
You’ll only be able to view a done item in the Done column for 14 days of it being moved there. After 14 days, the board will omit the item. You’ll still be able to see it in the list, timeline, and calendar view.
There is an open feature request for this, see; JWMCLOUD-19

If SolidWorks boards don't update properly or disappear, try rebuilding the model (`Ctrl + Q`), checking for graphics driver updates, or clearing the SolidWorks cache.
