Best admin tools for measuring Jira usage and performance?

What tools do people find most helpful for measuring Jira usage (both current and over time) and system performance-- log for showing stresses on the system, errors, etc.

(I am a Jira admin, but not a Jifa System Admin)

You need to be sysadmin to upload add-ons... Maybe there are betrre alternatives but to give you a general idea I often used the Javamelody add-on:
