Automatic installation of trial Apps

Not sure if its just me. When I migrated to new Cloud instance of JIRA, we got a bill related to trial version of apps installed including - Slack connector, Tempo Planned, JIRA Test Management and JIRA Toolkit plugin. I had to uninstall these unused ones, only to find out the trial version are installed and active again after 3 months.

Any known trend?
