Auto routing of issues based on rules

Is a routing logic in built in JIRA, by which i can define some rules for routing an issue to a group/user instead of manually allocating

Off the shelf, component leads - have a look at https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Defining+a+Component#DefiningaComponent-SelectingaDefaultAssignee

You can do things on transitions, but generally, you'll need a spot of code to do anything more than component-lead.

If you're in the JIRA bubble, I'd certainly agree, if you were remote and used email, then you could setup many routing rules with JEMH and route issues to nominated projects, components, priorities and assignees based on an addressee match.
