When I'm looking for an audit log on a project for the category issue, it returns no issue although I'm sure that there are some events.
When I select One project, the filter applies to category project only !

Can you provide more information about what you are trying to find in the audit log specifically?
This log is not intended to be an audit of changes made to individual issues. This log is intended to track changes to configuration elements, to user management, and to the system settings.
I'm trying to find who has deleted one issue. I finally found the answer when I scrolled the list. So the information is here. I think it is a bug but I did not find the issue in the Jira Bug Issue Database.
