Atlassian Support Tools / UPM which URL's needed

Our jira server is due to our security policy only allowed to connect to specific URLs. Can you tell me which URLs are needed (f.e. support.atlassian.com, plugins.atlassian.com...) to ensure full jira upgrade check/update/support functionality.

You only need to access plugins.atlassian.com to use UPM's upgrade & compatibility functionality.
