In Jira Data Centre we have configured automation rule for approve and decline options to receive and mail for outlook.
When we are receiving a mail approve and decline options need to select the option it has to reflect to service desk portal
But throwing an error Incorrect request type or oops you have found a dead link.
Need assistance for this

Can you share a screenshot of the error/problem? Does the issue have a value for the Request Type field?

This is the error message we are facing when we click on approve URL

So, it looks like there is problem between the Request Type and maybe the Issue Type for Emailed responses?
