May I please know why it is Atlassian blasted an email with the following subject "Announcing a new cloud billing engine coming May 2024" to my entire user-base??? It has generated so many unnecessary questions and I would like to please ask that something like that, where Atlassian blasts all of my users unnecessarily, never be done again. This has caused more harm than good. Is there some setting I can change so this never happens again please????
