After Making an Edit to Project Details in the Administration Projects Cannot Save or Cancel

As an administrator of JIRA, make an edit to project name or project category click Save.

Details are saved but you are directed to the Project Details screen within the Project and neither Save details or Cancel works on this screen.  Only option is to navigate away.
