Adding ACL group as jira-user

So our JIRA is connected to our company's Active Directory. And we have several ACLs that hold multiple members in it. Say 100 members. My question is - is it possible to add an ACL group to JIRA, so there's no need to add 100 users individually? Thanks!

JIRA can use groups from AD depending on your user directory setup.
