Add custom field to summary of new sub task

Hi,

I am using automation to create a subtask whenever a new issue is created (see image)

but although the subtask is created it doesn't add the Custom Field entry into the Summary.

The custom field populates correctly in the initial issue and the sub task is created but the summary of the subtask doesnt have the field entry. 

I've tried different syntaxes but have had no luck. Any help will be appreciated

Hi Trevor,

Maybe try adding a re-fetch action after you update the custom field, but before you create the task. I think your syntax is fine.
