i need to give a user permission to raise Atlassian support tickets. Does anyone know the procedure ? i can't find anything in the community posts. - thanks

Welcome to the Atlassian community.
Users who are Product Admins, Site Admins, or Organization Admins should be able to raise support cases. Users without one of those levels of administrator permissions will not be able to open support cases.
