Hi,
Sometimes you will be working on a c# project and need do so code in python related to the project. Since its a different language and not related to c# it doesnt branch from your main project, however it is still related to the issues in this project. If this task was a c# task related to existing software I could in jira create a branch from the trunk and use all the usual tools to manage it. However since it is not related to the existing code base but to a new one in python, it needs to be a new code project. However if I just make a new project it wont be in the swimlines associated with the main project. Therefore I need to be able to create a new git project within jira tasks, and still have it tracked with the tickets related to the trunk project.
I am not sure if this feature is available or planned.
