A group doesn't have Transition Issue Permission but has the Condition to executer the transition

Hello,

I added a group Delivery to the workflow condition to executer a transition ( Delivery). This group doesn't have the Transition Issue Permission. 

Expected : They have the transition Delivery

But I have to add this group Delivery to the workflow and to the permission scheme. 

Is it normal in JIRA ?

Hi @Trang Vo yes, you need to have both. They may seem the same but they are not because the permission scheme applies to all the project and the workflow only to some Issue Types. They can be the same or not.
