We are wanting to deploy a single Jira Service Desk Cloud, with centrally managed team to support multiple Business/Organizations within our company.
I have 2 custom fields: Units By Request, Remaining Units.
When I edited the Units by Request custom field on one Issue, then calculated the Remaining Units Based on another/Previous Issue.
Issue-1, Units by Request = 20, Remaining Units = 80
Issue-2, Units by Request = 30, Remaining Units = 50
Issue-3, Units by Request = 10, Remaining Units = then Calculated 50 -10 = 40 (from the Issue-2 Remaining Units field)
Ιt can be done? Do you have any other suggestions?
