HI, i am trialing Jira service desk and am having trouble with the import process.

I need to import new fields into Jira and the issue key is what is making my import fail.

The issue key only updates when there is an exisiting issue.

lets say for example the issue key i am importing is a '3' and it only updates jira when the existing log already exisits with a '3'.

however, when i try to import one that has a issue key '7' and nothing exists in Jira with that issue key, the import will fail.

if i do not add a issue key column it, then it will still fail.

How do it add import without having an issue key or import by adding new issue keys?
