Getting this error when I try creating and updating the test cases in Zephyr
Let me know how to resolve this issue.
I have been using Zephyr from 2 years but didn't face this issue before.
Yep - I have this issue too.Additionally, we cannot see any of our previous tests cycles
Same issue at my end (No Permission on Test/Issue). Is there a resolution for this.
The resolution steps they gave me were:
1)Login as JIRA Administrator.
2) Go to JIRA Settings option -> Apps-> Manage apps. Here search for Zephyr for JIRA Cloud.
3) If you are still getting the "Update" option, please update from manage apps page.
That worked for us - may be best to check with Smartbear support before you do it
