Your help needed - help Atlassian understand how teams manage incidents

Hello from Mark, a designer working on Jira. We’re currently looking at improving how Jira is used for incident management. If you are in a technical team that manages or responds to incidents as part of their job - whether or not you use Atlassian products for this - and you work in a smallish company of 25-500 people then we’d love to talk to you.
