Out of the box you don't many options. I would recommend you look into the test management plugins such as xray, zephyr, aio tests, quality, etc.

Jira is not a test tool.

You can create test tasks for the tests, but you are better off using a dedicated add-on for it. For cloud, most test teams seem to favor QMetry where I have seen test tools implemented, but you should check out the different tools to see what best fit your company test setup.
