Unable to upload Videos on Safari

I have recently switched to using Safari for my cloud Jira. So far looks good except that I am unable to upload videos to the ticket. I am not talking about huge videos (I know there is a 27MB limit). My videos are less than 10MB and off course they get uploaded fine using chrome. 

Has anyone else experienced it or do I need to file a ticket?
